Close Encounter Classification (CE)
(CE 1) Close Encounters of the First Kind: a general observation of one or more Unidentified Flying Objects which involves no interaction between the observer and the Phenomenon sighted.
(CE 2) Close Encounters of the Second Kind: Where an Unidentified Flying Object or objects interact with the environment leaving physical trace evidence i.e. ground indentation, scorching, presence of radiation or other physical alterations to the environment.
(CE 3) Close Encounters of the Third Kind: The observer witnesses extraterrestrial entities without any form of other contact.
(CE 4) Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind: Here the observer is subject to physical interaction with extraterrestrial entities. In such cases the observer/abductee suffers post traumatic shock syndrome. In some instances physical traces are evident such as scars and/or implants.
