BLUE MOUNTAIN'S ANOMALY

One of the most intriguing findings I have come across during expeditions is what appeared to be a cast of a boot print in solid rock. Now it is possible that this once clay surface was deformed due to natural pressures, leaving a boot tread-like formation, but the symmetry and distinct tread patterns are hard to ignore. Moreover, there is evidence of succeeding prints solidified in rock, but their clarity has been compromised by erosion. The alleged boot print shifts to one side causing a crease in the once pliable surface, suggesting that the weight was distributed to one side due to sinking or slippage. The other prints (what’s left of them) are identical in size and seem to share the same characteristics. If we consider how long it takes for clay to solidify into solid rock, we might be talking about thousands of years. Let's say, for argument sake, that these prints were left behind by GP-like boots - it bids the question: what wore them and where did it or they come from … and what was it/they doing in the depth of the Cedar Valley?
